ANOTHER BOOK LAUNCH!

A Gentle Whisper, co-authored by my sweet friend Kirthana Fanning and myself, will launch early November! This sweet book features a little boy named Eli, who is naturally loud and likes everything “right now.” When his Grandma comes for a visit, Eli’s plans are one big activity after another. As his 5th birthday gets closer he prays everyday for a puppy. When Grandma falls and injures her ankle, Eli prays even harder for Grandma’s ankle to get well fast so they can get back to their big adventures, (and a puppy). When Grandma’s ankle is not better in a week, Eli feels God is not listening to his prayers. Grandma tells Eli the story of Elijah in I Kings 19, how God is not in the powerful wind, earthquake or fire, but in a gentle whisper. God answers our prayers in His time. Eli is reassured and a birthday surprise is just around the corner. This wonderful book is perfect for very small children, preschools, Christian school K-1 programs, church nurseries, and Jr. Church.
