Hello readers! The school year is going great and this fall weather has been gorgeous! Today I am praising God for the many opportunities I have to spread His word in the form of children’s picture books! My first book was published in 2022 , Seeds of Sunshine, a sweet book about a hedgehog who learns how to forgive and remain kind when kids at school say mean words. I was 62 years old, so never give up on your dreams! My next book, Sunshine Makes a Difference, was published in 2024. In this story Sunshine accidentally wakes up an elderly owl named Mr. Hoot. Mr. Hoot is grumpy and scolds Sunshine. Sunshine decides to show Jesus’ love to Mr. Hoot and in the end they become good friends. Today, my third book, Crabby Abby the Decorator Crab’s Big Heart is almost ready for launch! This book is traditionally published by Prolific Pulse Press LLC, and features a decorator crab named Crabby Abby, who through her new friend Daniel Lionfish learns how to remain kind and forgive those who hurt her feelings through the love of Jesus. Jesus loves us just the way we are, and we can love others too.

Crabby Abby also comes with a companion coloring book, so it will make an amazing Christmas gift! Near the end of October I can tell you where to purchase the books.

Crabby Abby will also have a Christmas book! Prolific Pulse Press LLC has agreed to publish Search for a Star, A Crabby Abby Christmas to launch October, 2026!

Today, I signed with Lil Roni Publishers, Scuppers the Pirate Puffin! Scuppers will launch early 2027!

I have other books under contract being created and more that I am writing. It is a very exciting time! I am so thankful for an amazing, supportive husband, family and friends!

Don’t forget on October 18th from 11 am to 3 pm, I will be at Caps Fieldhouse, 6060 W. Canal Road, Valley View, Ohio. The Cleveland Moms are hosting their 3rd Halloween Spooktacular, and we will be there to give away cool treats and bookish things, while we sell my books and promote Crabby Abby!
